Shipping of Preorder Items

Preorder products will typically be shipped within 3 weeks. All preorder items are shipped in the order they were received. You will receive shipping details and tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation: Once a preorder item is placed, it enters the production process immediately. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Return and Exchange: If you receive a preorder item with quality issues or it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
