1. The size tag on my item is different from what I ordered. What should I do?

Size measurements may vary slightly due to differences in supplier standards between US, European, and Asian sizes, as well as manual measurement tolerances. We recommend carefully checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you have sizing concerns, please contact our customer service or refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Why does the color of the clothing look slightly different from the photos online?

Lighting, screen resolution, and photography angles may cause minor color variations. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but small differences may occur. If the color variation affects your satisfaction, please contact us. In some cases, we may provide a discount code as compensation for future purchases.

3. The item I want is sold out. What now?

Popular styles can sell out quickly, but we often restock. Please contact our customer care team at info@proffsshop.com and we’ll notify you if the item becomes available again. Include your preferred contact email so we can reach you promptly.

4. How do I use a discount code?
